Hathaway Community, we are excited to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month with an unforgettable evening for our school communities: Páginas de nuestro legado: celebrando autores, herencia e identidad hispana/Pages of Our Heritage: Celebrating Hispanic Authors, Heritage and Identity!

Event Details

• Date: Monday, September 21, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)
• Location: Blackstock Junior High School Cafeteria (701 E. Bard Road, Oxnard, CA 93033)

What to Expect:

• Special Book Reading by author Dr. Kathleen Contreras (Braids / Trencitas & Nacido Para Jugar Al Béisbol)
• Live Entertainment
• Bookmark Craft Activity for students
• Complimentary Dinner & Dessert for all attendees!
